Overview

Judge.me remains the review source. TrustForge is the operations layer for triage, drafting, approval, and eligible publish. Publish in TrustForge on Google Business Profile and Judge.me. Yotpo supports direct publishing when the connected account's capability permits it; otherwise use copy-to-publish. Shopify and other sources support import, AI drafts, and copy-to-publish where direct publishing is limited by the platform.

What you need

  • A Shopify store domain (for example, your-store.myshopify.com)
  • A Judge.me private API token from Judge.me Settings → API
  • Permission to manage reviews for that store

  1. 1. Connect Judge.me

    In TrustForge integrations, enter the shop domain and private API token, then test the connection before importing reviews.

  2. 2. Import or synchronize reviews

    Imports use manual or scheduled synchronization. Operator-triggered import and scheduled polling bring reviews into TrustForge for periodic updates. Judge.me webhook ingestion is not currently supported.

  3. 3. Generate and review drafts

    Generate AI-assisted reply drafts, edit for brand voice and policy, and keep human review before any publish step.

  4. 4. Publish approved replies

    TrustForge can publish an approved response to Judge.me when the imported review retains a valid numeric Judge.me review ID and the connected credentials permit publishing.

Reviews that cannot publish

  • CSV or manually created reviews without a valid numeric Judge.me review ID
  • Reviews imported without a usable Judge.me identifier
  • Stores with missing or invalid Judge.me credentials

Those rows can still use draft and copy workflows. They are not eligible for approved publish to Judge.me.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm the shop domain matches the Judge.me store and the API token is current.
  • Re-run an operator-triggered import after reconnecting credentials.
  • If a review cannot publish, check whether it has a valid numeric Judge.me review ID and whether credentials still permit publishing.
