We do not collect payment information directly unless explicitly stated.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the TrustForge platform
• Sync and display review data from connected platforms
• Generate AI-assisted response drafts
• Improve platform performance and reliability

3. Platform Integrations

TrustForge connects to third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Judge.me, Yotpo, Google Business Profile, and Trustpilot) via official APIs and OAuth authorization. We only access data explicitly authorized by the business owner.

4. Google Business Profile and Google User Data

TrustForge requests access to Google user data only when a user chooses to connect Google Business Profile through Google's OAuth authorization flow. We access only the locations the user explicitly authorizes and manages.

Data we may access from Google

• Google Business Profile account and location identifiers
• Business and location names
• Review content
• Reviewer display names, where provided by Google
• Review ratings
• Review timestamps
• Existing merchant replies, where available
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection

How we use Google user data

• Display and manage reviews within TrustForge
• Generate suggested draft replies
• Allow the merchant to review, edit, and approve replies
• Publish merchant-approved replies back to Google
• Maintain connection health and sync status

How we handle Google user data

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties, except service providers (subprocessors) necessary to operate TrustForge.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
• Review text may be processed by subprocessors (including AI providers) solely to generate suggested draft replies for the merchant. AI-generated replies are produced only to provide the TrustForge review-response service to the merchant, and this data is not used to train generalized models.

Your controls and choices

• You can disconnect Google Business Profile at any time from Settings → Integrations.
• You can request deletion or export of stored data through our support and data deletion process by contacting hello@trustforgeapp.com.

TrustForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data. We only share information when required by law or to operate essential services.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

8. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@trustforgeapp.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
