  1. 1. Connect your Google Business account

    Connection is OAuth-only: an authorized business user signs in with their Google account and grants access through Google's consent screen. TrustForge does not allow manual entry of business name, place ID, or listing URL.

    After authorization, TrustForge fetches accounts and locations from Google. Users only see and can only select locations they manage in Google Business Profile.

  3. 3. Monitor reviews

    TrustForge syncs reviews so teams can monitor customer feedback and review health.

  4. 4. Respond with AI assistance

    Teams can draft responses with AI, edit as needed, and publish approved replies.
