TrustForge Onboarding Guide

Welcome to TrustForge! This guide will help you get started and make the most of your AI-powered review management platform.

Step 1: Account Setup

Create your account and verify your email address

  • Visit the TrustForge website and create your account using your email address
  • Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the link to activate your account
  • Use your credentials to log in to the dashboard

Step 2: Connecting Platforms

Connect your e-commerce platforms to import reviews

  • Go to Settings → Integrations → Platform Connections
  • Click "Connect" next to a supported platform: Shopify, Judge.me, Yotpo, Google Business Profile, WooCommerce
  • For OAuth platforms (Shopify, Google Business Profile), you are redirected to sign in and authorize access — no API keys to enter, and you only connect accounts and locations you manage
  • For platforms that use API access (Judge.me, Yotpo, and WooCommerce), paste the credentials shown in the connect dialog
  • Yotpo and WooCommerce support review import and AI draft replies in TrustForge; publishing responses must be completed in those platforms (copy-only send in TrustForge)
  • Use the "Test Connection" button to verify the integration
  • Repeat for each platform you want to connect

Step 3: Importing Reviews

Import your existing reviews or set up automatic imports

  • Manual Import: Go to Settings > Data Management > Upload CSV File
  • Select your review export and click "Import Reviews"
  • Automatic Import: Once a platform is connected, reviews will be imported automatically

Step 4: Using AI Responses

Configure AI-powered responses for your reviews

  • In Settings → AI Settings, set Auto-Generate Responses to On so new reviews get draft replies automatically
  • Open Reviews to see each draft, edit if needed, then send or approve
  • From the ⋮ menu on a review you can run or regenerate a draft anytime
  • Auto-send (4–5 star only) is separate: it controls publishing, not whether drafts are created

Step 5: Managing Your Dashboard

Navigate and customize your TrustForge experience

  • View key stats like review volume, sentiment trends, and platform breakdowns
  • Use filters and time range selectors to analyze performance
  • Manage your subscription, payment methods, and view usage limits
  • Update your profile, security settings, and platform connections
